Excellent location for getting to and from the airport in minimum time. Avaialability of taxis at hotel is excellent.
Good shopping mall close by.

My wife and I chose your hotel because it is conveniently close to the airport, reasonably priced and also close to the local market and shops across the street. We like to walk around in the morning and see the city beginning to come alive and the local people are going to the market. We also enjoy eating out at the food stalls with so many veriety of food. The staffs were also friendly and courtious.

Reception service was slow; the process of checking in appeared to take a time longer than needed, resulting in delays in other inquires. Was surprised at the absence of a jacuzzi and sauna. The air con unit appeared not to be able to provide the temperature at which it is set; was warmer than desired.

Concierge = very good service

An ealier check in should be allowed. Singapore airlines from the USA arrives at 6 am and check in is not until 2 pm.

Although the view was not good from the room, the room itself was very good, light and airy.

if using internet is more cheaper or free of charge, it would be very nice!!

lack of central control switch for the lightings and air-con at the bed side, which is more convenient.

Coffee shop food service very limited menu and buffet only

Hotel staff were most courteous and helpful. The location was good for us because we knew a bit about Singapore and wanted to be away from the Orchard Rd scene and close to East Coast Park. In fact a thoroughly enjoyable Extremely pleased with the room (17th floor) Very clean and well serviced.

good handling of room request with king bed connecting to 2 single beds for kids. tks.
