Your physical plant is excellent, but your hotel lacks spirit. Your workers appear they have been trained to be so perfect that they lack the freedom to let their personalities show. Maybe thats how the hotel wants it to be. I was quite upset that the indoor pools is closed at night, I think its 11pm. If we as guest are paying top dollar why are we treated as children and someone has to tell us to get out of the pool and jacuzzi? If there is a saftey issue, you can put a "Swim at Your Own Risk" sign. The staff are most excellent and helpful. In closing, the spirit of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired.
