The staff was AMAzing!! Nice people and very helpful.
The location was wonderful ( you will have to walk to the train station but it is a nice walk) Only about 5 minutes..

Breakfast staff rather over-worked - several times we had to wait because they had run out of juice/croissants/fruit/bowls etc

The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable, however for a triple room it was a little on the small size. Otherwase i really enjoyed my stay.

I thought the hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was nicely located close to central paris Room was clean, comfortable and warm - My only recommendation would be the shower [Only had a hand held shower head] Apart from this - staff, hotel location was excellent

The ambience looks OK. The staff is nice. The room is really tiny. If it's only a short stay, it's bearable.

The clerk on the desk made all the difference. He was friendly, informative and volunteered advice which was greatly appreciated. I'm sorry that I have forgotten his name but he has dark hair and speaks english and German very well. He is one of the main reasons I would recommend the hotel to our Canadian friends.

The hotel manager is very knowledgeable about things to do,places to eat & way to get around Paris. He is the main reason I would go back to this hotel again & would recommended to anyone visiting Paris. He is very pleasant & willing to help you learn a little French. The room was very quant & traditional French. Good sound proof windows never heard sounds from street.

Cannot say enough about the help and assistance we recieved from the proprietor and staff.We would certainly recomend this hotel to friends.Breakfast was good and staff obliging.

Continental breakfast very expensive for what you get. A coca-cola at the bar costs 9 Euros. Ridiculously overpriced! Front desk personnel during the days were very helpful. Night personnel not helpful.. Pillows not adequate...poor quality and too soft. Bathroom was very clean but not enough lights...very dark...could not see to shave. No iron or ironing board available to guests.

Great concierge, frienldy and helpful

I would of liked a kettle and Tea/coffee in the bedroom.. The chamber maids were excellent and kept the room very clean... A credit to the hotel.

The Hotelier was very friendly, welcoming and happy to offer advice/help when asked. Was particularly pleased that the room was equipt with a shower rather than a bath.
