A very comfortable room and the staff were also very good. Really value for money and is also walking distance to the Kuching waterfront. Overall, a really pleasant place to stay.

we chose the grand continental online while staying with our friends in sabah which was part of our 10 week trip around asia arriving with no great expectation we were pleasantly surprised with the location as we could walk into the town and riverfront area in a few minutes and the value for money the hotel afforded we were very comfortable our only criticism which also would apply to other asian cities we stayed in would be the lack of local tourist information which is vital when on limited time we also found this in some other asian cities we loved what we did see and would gladly consider another visit and another stay at the continental bety brady tasmania australia
