I would like to suggest the hotel entrance do not put the dining table. I thought just walk into a restaurant. It make the hotel first image look cheap. The breakfast served without meat, should include at least 1 type of meat for example hotdog.

THIS IS AN AVERAGE HOTEL. IF YOU WANT TO STAY SOME WHERE WITH SHOPPING COMPLEX AND MAKAN STORES, THIS IS THE PLACE.

Food:Must provide one or two vegetarian dishes that go well with rice.

Even in Breakfast,there were no vegetarian items available.

Maintenance services very poor.For example,the wash sink in my bath room was clogged and till the time of my exit,it was not repaired.

Car park is far from the lobby. Checked in at 4pm. Towel was not ready until after 6pm.

Hotel location very good and easy to find.

Bed sheet looks not so clean

Need refurbish,in particular the bathroom.

Requested for 6 rooms with double bed during booking but provided only 3 rooms with double and the rest with twin beds. Also some rooms have smell of cigarette smoke.

The newspaper was not delivered on the second day of stay despite request for the complimentary copy to be resend to the room where I stayed. There were bed mite or bed bugs that caused itch at night. A/C panel system not responding to temperature selection

The receptionist service is poor, everytime when i approach the receptionist, there was only 1 person incharge. While others just ignore me although they pass by the receptionist counter. Besides, they should familiar with the interesting destinations around the city, so that they can introduced to tourists. the blanket is clean but look old.

Lobby appearance too shabby and outdated, very dim thus giving a dark and constrained atmosphere Air con too dry, no fridge for storing cold items

Low Variety for buffet breakfeast begin serve.It would be better to add a few more variety to the buffet

COULD NOT GET ADDITIONAL BED FOR THE ROOM. NO ADDITIONAL ROOMS AVAILABLE TOO.

Additional service and food at restaurant during peak/superpeak season. To provide more queen size bed for deluxe rm.

Very near to a lot of shopping and eating areas. There's an excellent restaurant (Swan Restaurant) on the 1st level. Serves good value for money Chinese style Seafood. Generally nice and clean.
