Leaking toilet detracted from the quality of the room but I did forget to mention this to staff given my hectic schedule however would have expected staff to notice it.

Generally excellent. There is no sign to show the direction of the Kiblat, for muslim to perform prayers.

A couple of receptionists were extremely helpful though on average most were grumpy.

I thought it was too expensive for quality of rooms. Room would have been great years ago , very dated and in need of a re-furb.

The condition of the rooms are very bad. There is cracks on the wall and cealing. They need a paint job and a good cleanning especially in the bathroom.

I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. and still I was requested to wait for 15 min. so that the hotel could "prepare" the room for me. I could not imagine that a hotel needs to do the clean-up in mid-night. A surprisingly old hotel.

Far too noisy; people partying until late with their doors open. No security to be seen anywhere. Very noisy. Walls paper thin.

Poor housekeeping service.

Your guy at the concierge was great (could no longer remember his name though!). But had to wait 'quite a bit' to check out. My twin beds were not made up on the 1st day, though the rooms were cleaned. No big deal. Perhaps because I joined the two twin beds(?)

Central it is but Grand it is not. Its style is functionaland the front desk was unintersted and often overwhelmed with large groups.
