The rooms are normal with basic amenities nonetheless is good for business travellers. The price you pay is considered as average and you definately won't be bored staying here. There are alot of entertainment around the hotel, ranging from shopping malls, karaokes', pubs, bars, restorants, cinemas and event massage palors!.. If you are looking for a beach view, then this would be the wrong hotel for you; but if you are just looking for an affordable room in the busy city to stay while you attend meetings, then this is a good place to make do. thanks

The room is clean, the staff is actually helpful, and the location is great. Walking distance to Orchard Road and MRT make your stay more convinient over there. Dont expect for something fancy as if you are staying in a resort hotel, but a shopping trip or business, this is definitely a place worth considering.

It was noisy it smelled bad and air con didnt work.

Our luggage was put in the foyer and nobody bothered to take it to the room. When we left, we told told to bring our luggage ourselves. Staff seemed to have an indifferent attitude towards guests. I was very surprise by the standard of this Hotel and the extremely poor service they gave to me and my family. I would not definitely recommend this Hotel.

Front desk staff promised to change to another room, but did not do that until the last day we stayed there. Customer service was not good and friendly. I don't think I would recommend this hotel to any friends and of course will not choose this hotel again.
