The was no iron & board in the room, which I thought was a standard feature.

Taxi service is erratic and slow. Amenities too near to bed, hence room can be smelly after using the microwave oven etc.

Was never asked when I booked on line if I wanted smoking or no smoking none of my family smoke.

Non-smoking room but had heavy smoke smell. Very distasteful.

This was a real pain Heater was excellent as it was freezing cold. An electric blanket would have been over and above customer service expectations I asked for milk with my booking not UHT that didn't happen ( no big deal) TV picture was fuzzy The place was full of students so it probably lost the ambience a little
