Goodearth is a nice hotel to stay, clean and within walking distance to the CDB and CAT services. In general - value for money!

The hotel was convenient for our needs, we arrived at 3am and did not stay long. However, the hotel was comfortable and the location good, only complaint really, no tea or coffee!

The location of the hotel is ideal, close to Perth CBD and within a walking distance. The room is neat and clean and met my expectations. The hotel serves halal food at the coffee house and is convenient for muslim customers.

Just the little things help, I was on crutches to walk and to take and store my suitcase after I checked out was nice, plus calling taxi's for me was a nice touch plus saying hello as you walk in or out that was nice. Thanks

NIL Room size was ok, comfortable for 4 pax. The was no iron & board in the room, which I thought was a standard feature.

A bit far to walk to the shopping centre. Taxi service is erratic and slow. Amenities too near to bed, hence room can be smelly after using the microwave oven etc.

As i said should be able to stress smoking or no smoking room was on a smoking floor and stank of smoke not good for a family room. Was never asked when I booked on line if I wanted smoking or no smoking none of my family smoke.

Good value for travelors wanting more space and cooking facilities. Non-smoking room but had heavy smoke smell. Very distasteful.

Nil my room nuber is 207. my son had many bug bites on his upper limbs. you may wish to inspect the bedding of the single bed next to the window

The car park access card was a hassle I had to park my car to go into the hotel to ask for the access card to get to the car park. This was a real pain Heater was excellent as it was freezing cold. An electric blanket would have been over and above customer service expectations I asked for milk with my booking not UHT that didn't happen ( no big deal) TV picture was fuzzy The place was full of students so it probably lost the ambience a little

Separate access to carpark without having to visit reception each time would have made it even better!

had booked room with twin beds but was given a double room with a fold out bed - would not have booked if I had known there would only be a fold out bed.

The desk staff were exceedingly pleasant and helpful. The dining room service was a little disorganized; the food was not outstanding, but acceptable. comfortable rooms,including good kitchen. TV movie selection could be better.

Overall very happy with all aspects of the hotel. Will stay there again. Nice view of the Swan River from main bedroom. The room very suitable for my family.

The room was fine, just a bit old and in need of a spruce up.

Could have used a wider range of meals on the restaurant menu including half sized meals. Upon advising the Front Desk of the faulty air/conditioner in the twinroom, action was swift in that extra bedding was immediately provided and further the problem was eliminated when the a/c in the living room was sufficient anyway. We should have noticed it before raising the subject.

Can lower the price of the room rate The warm air ventilator was not working in our room even after we switched it on for about 30mins! the room felt cold throughout.

Felt the airconditioning was a little bit lacking. Apart from that everything was lovely and comfortable. Would stay again!

Very quiet and restfull situiation As we are golfields residents the water view from the room was greatly appreciatedWe would be happy to use your accommodation again.

Didn't really have time to use any of the hotel facilities.

The restaurant was short staffed having one waitress to cover a possible total of fifty diners, she also covered the restaurant reception and acted as bar-maid. This was brought to the attention of the management, who accepted responsibility and said it would change. It had not changed the following night as a result they lost our custom. Decor was a bit drab, redecorating in brighter colours would have enhanced the appearance.
