We do not waste money on food. No regrets, room and view and location perfect otherwise. Regards Helen and Rudi Mathon.

No peace for my builder husband Reviewer: Valerie Jane Merritt Date of review: 24 October 2007 Recommends this hotel: Neutral Recommended for: Business, Families Room Hotel Facilities 5 Bed 5 Ambience 2 Cleanliness 2 Service 5 Room Size 5 Location 5 Amenities 5 Value for Money 2 On the whole our stay was good, but I just feel we should have been told the hotel was being refurbished, our room was a bit shabby, ie paint flaking off the wall and the bathroom was waterdamaged and yukky looking around the bath. Im sure it was not a health risk just looked it. The picture in the lift showing how the rooms will look was comforting the sound of the jackhammer above you when you wake up on holiday was not. A complimentary breakfast should have been a sweetener to offset the building noise. I found the staff approachable, helpful, polite knowledgable and very professional.

Bathroom in need of refurbishment yet was very clean. Bath was problematic in that the floor got flooded every time the plug was pulled after bathing. Location is very convenient with the CBD a very short walk away

Also your dining room staff was excellent and the dinner meal very good and a good value for the money. I do feel that you should improve the appearence of the hallways on the room floors when one gets off the elevators. The appearence on my floor was dingy and dirty. The room was not.It was clean and quite satisfactory.
