The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, and our apartment could not have been better. Convenience to transport and Harbourside was a big plus!

The venetian blinds did not fully close so that the room could not be made fully dark for sleeping.The draws of the bedside table were in need of repair / came apart when pulled open.

NAME OF MONORAIL/LIGHTRAIL STATION ON LOCATION DETAILS WOULD BE VERY HANDY AS WE GOT OF AT EXHIBITION AND WALKED LONG WAY,(VIA HARRIS ST) AS IT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION NO CORKSCREW IN ROOM OR AT OFFICE. VERY NOISY ROOM WITH WORKERS OUTSIDE ON CONCRETE BREAKERS STARTING AT 7.30 AM

Excellent hotel in a superb location within walking distance to all forms of transport and venues. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!! Very roomy, great views, all the amenities of home....fabulous!!

We found a used condom wraper in our room next to the bedroom phone as we went to use the phone. My husband informed the front desk of this on our way out for the day. The item was still there that night.

Very comfortable atmosphere and excellent kitchen and lounge space. Very modern living quarters.

It will be better if we can get the apartment facing Darling Harbour instead of the other side. The aircon of the room is not working very well.

Very near to Darling harbour and its excellent facilities like bars and restaurants. Very well appointed apartment with every facility for the discerning traveller. Two bathrooms a definate boon.

Stove blew up and was moved to new room where bathroom fan was on permanantly.

Apartment is "tired" and in need of refurbishment/repainting.

We needed a baby cot but that was not avalable.

The receptionist was very bad. I already talked to the manager. Bed and pillow too soft

The room we had was quite close to the road (even thought we asked for a quiet one) so it was quite noisy at times. The cleaners did a very bad job. They took some of the towels but did not replace them, did not clean anything during our 10 day stay (not even the sink) or make our beds more than once. When it comes to cleaning, it was the worst hotel we have stayed at. Since it is a bit more expensive than other hotels in the city you would expect a better service. Most other people (reception, security etc) did a good job though. Cleanliness of hotel is ok, but get a bad rating since the cleaners did not do anything in our room (see below).

lifts very slow and malfunctioning, hotel reception very slow and poor customer service

Housekeeping seemed to be restricted to making beds and replacing towels - no cleaning was performed in the 2 weeks that we stayed.

Staff pleasant and helpful; hotel location close to monorail is very good.

The hotel situation is very central location with transport available at the door. Will certainly return. the room was very adequate for our needs, though becoming slightly tired.

Open atrium arrangement meant that guests are disturbed by any noise anywhere in the hotel, therefore hard to sleep. Hotel layout meant no daylight in bedroom, but great views from lounge

the lifts are slow! The apartment was great. and the view on the 13th floor excellent
