This is our second stay at the Goldsborough. Overall, I must say the the cleanliness of the apratments leaves much to be desired. Apartments are in desperate need of refurbishement. The sofa and curtains were torn and putrid. The carpet and walls were stained. Not a pleasant environment to come back to after a hard days work. I would not consider recommending the apartments to any of my collegues. Curtains, carpet and bathroom were extremely dirty and poorly maintained

Dishwasher did not work but was repaired the same day. Room safe required attention as previous guest had left it locked.

Was tired and worn.. Needed cleaning better, ie wall marks etc. Beds were never made properly and no services done except rubbish removed daily and clean towels, though face washers and bath mats not always provided.

Carpets worn and stained inadequate lighting insufficient crockery, no teapot

Our Company will never stay or recommed this hotel. Have already spoken with managemnt regarding the lack of cleanliness in the room.

Walkway / link to Darling Harbour was a bonus as I was concerned with walking the streets at night alone. I had no problems with noise from other guests. The staff were friendly and helpful, as was the lady who ran the convenience store within the hotel complex. I didn't use the gym or pool facilities on this visit, so I cannot comment on them. Shower curtain was mildewy and could do with replacing. It was great to have a CD player / stereo in the room. I was really impressed with the size of the apartment for my sole use.

I was obliged to ask to change room because the firt was in the middle of work (painting) : too noisy !!!

No complaints The appartment was fine but perhaps due for redecoration.

Reception and concierge veryhelpful, when I had a problem with the electrical suppy it was fixed immediately Everything I needd for a self catering break was available including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer

as above!! The apartment was absolutely amazing, clean, modern and architecturally very interesting. We were all really impressed at the value we got for our money.

Overall the apartment was good. However the sleeping accommodation was not ideal as there were four adults (conference delegates)all requiring single bed accommodation. I supplied this information on booking and again a week before our arrival but though the apartment was advertised as one for 4-5 persons, one of our number had to sleep in a fold out day bed for four nights. This was not paarticularly comfortable for her and was also somewhat inconvenient as the bed was in the main living area.

Very helpful reception service. T.V in bedroom couldn't be fixed during our stay Lounge hadn't been dusted and general dust around. Kitchen was clean but the carpets were tatty and grubby . Needed redocorating also

Not all staff followed through on the whole with what they promised to do for us. The Concierge was good. We felt that the floor coverings were tired and old with visible staining throughout and wear and tear showing, that the smell of paint was overpowering and that not all the painting had been finished and the curtains were filthy and dusty....

Stayed at the penthouse level-hv a scenic view darling habour. Apt is clean and worth the value. Will definitely stay at the same apartment in my next visit.

we were not told it was as 2 storey apartment,i had 2 diabetics with me& a heart desease person.stairs were dangerous,no handrail mid stairs unit needs upgrade

lifts very slow apartment 606 needs to be either painted or the walls cleaned , tiles need a scrub, robehook replaced on bathroom door, kitchen cupboard also need a good clean as grease along bottom
