We had to move apartments after the first night as the first apartment was dirty, the carpet was covered in stains and the shower curtain was hanging off. The second apartment was cleaner but still not to a very good standard.

Rooms where nice and clean Bed linen could have should be changed after 3 days

I experienced several problems with the lifts - doors not opening, getting stuck on floor etc. Also it was very hot and stuffy in the unairconditioned foyer areas. Carpet, lounge and floors looked dirty otherwise the apartment was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable!

The Apartments courtyards were being refurbished which we were not advised of prior to our stay and it was extremely noisy

Had a few nights where noise from the room next door and a fight down stairs wake me up.

Overall nice place to sta. However the spa was not operational, even though staff had assured me it would be for our stay Good amenities, used condition

Due to ongoing building work and potentially harmful fumes from this work made the stay uncomfortable, only being able to use the room at night.The gym and pool were closed Not clean due to ongoing building work

We had a leaking bath which was fixed with no fuss and promptly by the staff. The window in the bedroom was easily opened by a little child and there was no safety screen fitted. The two year old we had with us could have easily fallen out of this window from the bed.

Our previous holiday Apartment was the penthouse, it was excellent and all hotel facilities were operating. This time our stay was very mediocre - small apartment for a family of 6, and few facilities operating - renevations. A little disappointing.

Bathroom and Kitchen looked like they had not had a proper clean for some time. Room looked generally quite 'grubby'. Dirty marks on wall, dirty cushions on couch, carpet grubby. Not impressed at all. Complained upon check out.

Pool was unavailable when we stayed-our children extremely dissapointed; we booked this hotel because of pool. Kids liked bed made with their toys on top-nice touch. Furniture in lounge a bit shabby. No microwave casserole dishes. Air conditioning not efficient to cool upstairs or kitchen.Local information in room would have been a help such as where the local supermarket was-we found it 2nd last day and public transport

For a 1 Bedroom/Studio the room was fine. The only thing i disliked was the bed - it was a fold out bed. We had friends who stayed in the same hotel, with the same room type and got a "King Size Bed". Ours was a fold out double - which wasnt all that comfortable. Not what i would expect for a 1 BR Studio - i would expect a 'permament' based bed.

No-one explained how to get into the building from the second floor bridge. It was another client who showed us how to pass the key ring in front of an electronic eye. The elements on the oven took absooutely ages to heat up. After the jug failed, we tried to heat water in a pot (for a cup of tea) but gave up after 40 minutes.

Not flexible in allowing early check-in. Apartment size is fine but actual bedroom itself is rather small. Could do with additional drawer space in closet.

As above I needed an early check in (1pm)which they could not accomodate. I tried to find a phone number for the property so I could contact them and found they did't have one listed in either the web site or the Sydney yellow pages.

I found the room very comfortable and with an excellent view
