Staff were friendly,helpful and very professional. I could not ask for better service. Apartment style room which exactly suited my purposes. Apartment was comfortable but a little tired and could do with refurbishing.

The room cleaners failed to replenish our supplies - most importantly toilet rolls - and when we requested additional blankets and pillows from the front desk we were told they couldn't do anything until the morning - then they didn't arrive. The room was very comfortable for the 5 of us although the dining chairs were in need of a good clean and repair and generally looking a bit tired.

My room was left with the door open one day - it was fortunate that I returned while the cleaner was still close by - it seems that she had been interrupted. I was concerned about the lack of information in the room. In particular there was no safety or emergency information - I thought that this was mandatory.

We needed to check out quite early in order to go to the airport, but there were no porters available then.

NO relaxing meeting place for guests like a bar.

I booked especially as there was a indoor pool, however I was unable to use it as it was not heated and the temperature of the pool was close to freezing. As per ususal when booking through the internet the photos of the rooms show something nicer than reality. The bathroom was especially grim and the lighting in there was appalling

The suite needed a good spring clean. It had dust hanging from the vents and just a general tired feeling in furnishings. With a top up of crockery etc that has not been replaced over time. View was great.

the room was badly in need of a makeover.it sorely lacked decent,coprehensive kitchen facilities.resort accommadation in Qld.is twice the quality and half the price

Worn sofa, stained carpet, balcony furniture worn out.

The only two points that are worth a mention are the location and the very friendly and helpful staff. This was the dirtiest room we have ever stayed in.Curtains were dirty and torn,surfaces and fittings unclean.

Excellent location. It was a bit noisy with the building site next door.

Not very clean in reception area, with poor quality lifts..a disapointing intro. We cut our 8 day stay to 1 & relocated, without penalty. Tird, and in need of upgrading.

The hotel is quite old. We stayed at the apt (Rm # 1301).

bedroom too small

some building work going, in the apartment block and outside the window (drilling) on which was quite loud on some mornings.

The window in the second bedroom was too easy to open(a big temptation for children!) and extremely dangerous, especially on the top floor!

Fantastic apartment, we were all delighted with it. Original wooden floors/beams set it apart from the usual drab hotel interiors.

It would be nice to have a bar facility. I found the room very comfortable

the room was fine however i was very diaapointed with the view or lack of it, I would have requested a harbour view but as there was no indication that some of the rooms faced a wall i didn't.

Reception slow and not very friendly. Could never reach the desk-. No food service available.

This is a very noisy hotel. Noise travels up the middle which is where the bedroom windows are. very broken sleep as people come home at all hours. Also workmen drilling etc. outside your window first thing wasn't the best wakeup call. The rooms are a little tired now but are clean which is all that really matters.
