I've stayed in other apartments in this hotel and they've been great, so I guess it's luck of the draw if you get a nice room or not! The furnishings in the 1 bedroom apartment I was in was realld old and wornout. The electrical appliances were also pretty old -- eg the inside of the kettle had a thick layer of grime and rust ... The only saving grace was the bed was comfy and the shower was pretty good

Typically bulbs needing replacement, sink plug holes not kept clean, curtain rail coming off the wall. They are minor but noticeable. We were impressed with the size, layout and level of funishings. The location is exceptional and we liked the use of the old wood supports which are a feature of the structure.

I could not sleep the first night due to the traffic noise and ended up having to get ear plugs for my second nights stay.

Needed some paintwork and new tiling in bathroom. Upstairs felt a bit worn.

Most uncomfortable sofas I have seen in a hotel setting. Furniture in living room was horrible. Sofas need to be replaced. Table chairs were a bit ratty.

The room was neat and tidy and more than happy with the facilities.
