The staff were so helpful when the safe containing our passports wouldn't open on our leaving morning and we were soon sorted. Great pool and gym. We had a fabulous view of the Sydney skyline from our apartment. Much more spacious than I anticipated. Excellent bathroom and shower room. Could do with a lick of paint and getting the carpets cleaned more regularly. Excellent laundry facilities.

I thought this was supposed to be a 4.5 star room but it didn't look like it

It was quite a hard bed. Carpet is in need of attention.

That was a shame. The apartments on the other sides have a balcony.
