Room was poorly serviced on many occasions - on one occasions NO SERVICE was provided at all! An apology was given and clean towels delivered at 8.00 pm. NO DISCOUNT IN ROOM RATE!!!

I thought paying an extra $2 for extra towels was a bit much, considering how much we were paying for the room. I was under the impression that there as a sofa bed in the apartment - there were 2 sofas, no sofa bed

in such a large building your as good if not better than other 4 star apartments I have

The reception/night porter were very helpful The hotel is in a great position and the apartment was ideal for us, a great base to explore.

Good standard , good location and very helpful front desk staff Bed Room was small. The rest of the apartment was a good size with a superb view. Well fitted out and comfortable

Needs better lock on door especially ability to lock more when in the room.

The apartment was very convenient for our requirements and the service was excellent. Our kids were disturbed at 2am one night by people laughing and walking in the passage way, but these things can happen!

The Rooms themselves were very nice but I found the access way to my room in need of a good tidy up. I noticed we had alot of noise filtering from the unit above through the air con unit.

Hotel would benefit bar and internet facilities as these were not available at our time of visit. Although spacious for our needs we felt that it could have been cleaner as carpets quite soiled and some wardrobe door hinges not fitted properly. Also walls were marked which in all detracted from the apartment.

I loved walking to our rooms on level 13 - so open and airy but it was dark, walking through level 2 between the lift and the door out onto the overhead walkway above the road - it felt like a basement, not like a hotel. We were all very pleased with the accommodation and amenities provided. The curtains in the twin room need replacing.

The hotel is well located but service was poor. The whole block looks as if it needs a good clean and upgrade and do believe that they are in tht eprocess of doing just this. The furniture in the living room was tatty - upholstery shredded with stuffing comming out, chairs broken and 'ring' marks on the cofee table.

Excellent location, and great value for money Great studio apartments, perfect if you are travelling by yourself.

We requested a non smoking room. The bedding smelt of cigarette smoke. Reported to Security the kitchen sink had a hole in the basin obviously from a knife stab, tiles behind sink have been damaged in a similar way. The cleaning contractors and their supervisors need to examine the cleaning methods. We found the apartment extremely dirty and a bad odour coming from the oven. The following items were NOT attended to daily, toilet,hand basin,vacuum,dusting. Other guests had the same concerns and thought female cleaners PROPERLY TRAINED would be of great benefit to the Hotel.

GREAT location!!!!! Easily able to get to transportion, shopping, dinning, and many attractions. The bed was two beds pushed together making it uncomfortable. Decent room with a washer and dryer - very nice to have. The room had a balcony with a view of an alley. Overall a bargain price for convenience.

Well appointed hotel close to the Exhibition Centre, which was where the conference I atteneded, was held. There were two sets of 3 halogen lights (6 in total), only three actually worked leaving the apartment in a constant state of semi-darkness. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

I left my phone charger in the room and despite 2 phone calls I was not phoned back by housekeeping.

Some initial arrival problems with incorrect guests in our room and then incorrect bed arrangement in the room. Once settled, very happy with accommodation for the price we paid. Booked studio room for 2 people specifically because it offered 2 single beds. Upgraded to one-bedroom apartment without notification which left us initially with only one double bed between 2 single people despite requesting twin room only. Subsequently moved to one-bedroom apartment with double bed and a sofa bed which in booking we specifically requested not to have.

We had a two room apartment. Very spacious and clean. Only 2 minutes walk to the Sydney Exhibition Centre. Convenient to go to the city as train station is just about 2 minutes walk, too. However, very quiet in the night and no night life in the vicinity. We could have problem with food as no restaurants within walking distance if not for a friend who drove us to Chinatown every night for dinner.
