Excellent location for Darling Harbour, restaurants and so many of the 'must see' attractions of Sydney. The staff were so helpful when the safe containing our passports wouldn't open on our leaving morning and we were soon sorted. Great pool and gym. We had a fabulous view of the Sydney skyline from our apartment. Much more spacious than I anticipated. Excellent bathroom and shower room. Could do with a lick of paint and getting the carpets cleaned more regularly. Excellent laundry facilities.

The room was "tired" in appearance. I thought this was supposed to be a 4.5 star room but it didn't look like it

The "queen bed" was made up of two 3/4 beds pushed together. It was quite a hard bed. Carpet is in need of attention.

We were on the habour side but could not see anything as we were looking straight to the motorway. That was a shame. The apartments on the other sides have a balcony.

Great location. I've stayed in other apartments in this hotel and they've been great, so I guess it's luck of the draw if you get a nice room or not! The furnishings in the 1 bedroom apartment I was in was realld old and wornout. The electrical appliances were also pretty old -- eg the inside of the kettle had a thick layer of grime and rust ... The only saving grace was the bed was comfy and the shower was pretty good

needed a good clean and some maintenance.

swimming pool was too cold

It was generally (from my party of people) the little things are letting the side down. Typically bulbs needing replacement, sink plug holes not kept clean, curtain rail coming off the wall. They are minor but noticeable. We were impressed with the size, layout and level of funishings. The location is exceptional and we liked the use of the old wood supports which are a feature of the structure.

Thank you very much for my extra special 'P' room. Trips to Sydney as an exhibitor at a trade show are totally exhausting and greatly appreciated the extra space. Thanks again. Kristen

Great Position Slightly Noisy

I have rated ambience poor as the noise levels were unbeliveable. I could not sleep the first night due to the traffic noise and ended up having to get ear plugs for my second nights stay.

Room was too noisy the windows need to be double glazed to remove traffic noise. Needed some paintwork and new tiling in bathroom. Upstairs felt a bit worn.

Liked the location, price & washer dryer. Most uncomfortable sofas I have seen in a hotel setting. Furniture in living room was horrible. Sofas need to be replaced. Table chairs were a bit ratty.

The price was excellent and as I shared with a few work collegue very affordable. The room was neat and tidy and more than happy with the facilities.

Difficult to write as master bedroom was excellent, second bedroom very small, poky and dark - no outside window, couldn't open door as bed in way. Rest of apartment superb

Excellent air conditioning

The room had a really good style to it...

I am annoyed with this hotel about one matter. I guaranteed the hotel room on check out with one card, and paid with another. After 11 days this $580 is still held as a charge against my account, although it has been paid.

A lttle stingy on the toilet paper. We did find a couple of pins in the carpet!

The original room that we checked into was disgusting. When I first went into the room it stank of cigarettes. (This is a non-smoking hotel) When I went back to the front desk they told me the room would be neutralised and that would get rid of the smell. I went back up to the room to find that when I opened the kitchen draw, there were cooking utensils with food still on them. Also after the room that had been "neutralised" it had an over powering smell of talcom powder, and the cigarettes could still be smelt. I asked for our room to be changed and was treated as if I were a nuisance. This hotel really need to work on their PR. The original room that we checked into was disgusting.
