Very obliging staff on reception and the cleaning lady. Plenty of room.Good views over glebe. Next time would have darling harbour view. A deck/patio would have been good.

The room was not serviced 2 nights out of seven (toilet paper, coffee, tea, empty bins etc, and one other night the cleaner arrived at 7.30pm to do the room. Two other nights we were left short on towels and I had to collect some from reception. Very poor service when you pay $200.00 per night - you at least expect the basic to be cleaned and replenished. Main bed was OK but Sofa bed for 2 children was very uncomfortable and probably needed replacing

Thoroughly recoomended particularly if travelling with family or in large group. Full laundry and kitchen facilities - v well equipped. Car aprking building adjacent. Handy to monorail and lightrail stop, approx 10mins walk thru to George St. Excellent gym, pool, spa, sauna facilities. V ggod room rate through Holiday City - Mr S B Young and myself have booked thru you several times now and you have provided excellent reliable service - spec thanks to Noraini 2 BR apartment on 2 levels - v spacious, wonderful window views over Darling,good storage and security deposit box. 2 bathrooms - fullsize (1 ensuite).

Very helpful staff! Very nice room. The bed was a bit soft. Also, we could not get the TV remote control to work other than the power button.

would have preferred a single level room.

CONCIERGE SERVICE VERY BAD GENERAL APPEARANCE OF STAFF AND HOTEL SHABBY AND DIRTY WE BOOKED 3 APARTMENTS ALL WERE

We were attending the Sydney boat show at Darling Harbour, therefor the locality could not have been more convenient for us. preferred the decor on the first room allotted to us. We had to change rooms part way through our stay because of availability of of extra guest.

THE ROOM'S WERE EXCELLENT, VERY COMFORTABLE.

The wall is not soundproof. It's quite expensive. without room clean service

Very good value accommodation and very good people working at reception. They helped organising our transfer to the airport and as a result saved us money. This is an excellent place to stay for visiting all the Sydney sights. Would recommend this accommodation to everyone. Good that the accommodation also had indoor swimming pool and gym!

Not the most competent staff I've seen in a hotel. It's a shame that all studio rooms have such a disgusting view. Had I known that I would be looking out onto a brick wall I would have thought twice about booking the room. But because the hotel is so well located for the convention centre I decided to stay.

Small things: Lights not working (light bulbs), kitchen lacking adequate cooking/food preparation implements. The apartment was of an adequate size and standard, however, furniture was only just acceptable. TV and fox remotes did not work. We were shown two apartments, the first was bare in terms of furniture, no CD player etc as advertised. The apartment looked a little tired?
