The room was great, and the breakfast was excellent. I will definately be staying at Golden Sands for all my trips to Dubai. Farzana South Africa

Having a studio apartment was great - had 2 single beds in ours and quite roomy for 2 people - the washer/dryer a real plus especially with the heat of Dubai, and once we got all the amenities working - it was a delight to stay here. They do not have hairdryers in the rooms but you can request one - so that was ok. We ddin't use the pool but it look very nice - had too much other stuff to do than sit around! The breakfast is excellent - so definitely get that included if you can. It is walking distance to one of the big malls. Taxis are plentiful and you can go anywhere in them. With what the 4 & 5 star hotels were charging - this is a great inexpensive alternative - to save some money and spend elsewhere. The staff are great and all speak english - and we used the currency exchange at the front desk which was better than other places. I would so stay here again and will !! Loved Dubai.

Room was nice. Had refrig, stove for cheaper eating. Stayed in Building #5 had a pool on 1st floor and on the roof. Also the restaurant was open 24/7. Staff was friendly and helpful. You can change out money at the front desk but you will get a little better deal at the banks in the airport. There is a club and sports bar in walking distance open to 3am just ask about it at the front desk. Would stay here again for sure.
