IT WAS A QUIET ATMOSPHRE FILLED WITH LIKEABLE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY THE FRONT DESK PERSONS...CANNOT RECALL WELL BUT HIS NAME SOUNDS LIKE DENNIS WONG. SPACIOUS ROOM WITH A LAKE VIEW SOUNDS MORE LIKE A HOLIDAY RESORT TYPE OF ATMOSPHERE......WE ENJOYED THE STAY VERY MUCH BUT SOMEHOW MISSED THE FREE BFAST FOR TWO DAYS SIMPLY BECAUSE WE WOKE UP LATE. THE SHOPPING MALLS & PLACES LIKE THE MINES IS WITHIN THE VICINITY WHICH MAKES IT MORE INTRESTING TO EXPERIENCE THE STAY. WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO WISHES TO GO AWAY FROM THE BUSY WORK SCHEDULES.

We were on transit from UK. After a long journey we checked-in around 9am. Though it was earlier than standard check-in time, we were given a room. It was double bed, as compared to a king bed. The double bed was good enough as it was larger than a standard bed. We went to the swimming ppol, however the path to the pool were being renovated. The alternative path was not very convenient since we had to walk on the green garden grass which after sometime would get spoiled. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Abuayyub & family

The hotel's ambience and amenities were awesome. Did feels like living in a palace. A large room equipped with 2 queen size beds and large toilet with bath tub. Shopping centres, lake, water taxi, swimming pool, golf turf are the main attractions to this hotel. Located at outskirt of KL, it sure to give a peace of mind from the city buzz. With an excellent staff service and value for money (inclusive of breakfast and bus complimentaries), I would recommend staying of at least 2 nights.

Palace of the Golden Horses is definately a place to visit I would advise on at least 2 nights. The grounds and facilities are excellent. The staff are friendly professional and helpful.

We had dinner at the hotel the food and ambience were fantastic. Breakfast buffet is beautifully presented with an amazing selection of dishes.
We found the resort very good value for money we booked through Holiday City and got a very good deal including breakfast.

My stay in this hotel was wonderful, the room is big and and the bed is good, but the pillows were too soft.
The environment of hotel and surrounding scenery is beautiful. The location of the hotel it is near to KLCC .

The staff are courteous and very helpful, when I encounter problem to make a call to my business client in KL with my mobile phone, they heip me to connect with their hotel phone.

The buffett breakfast is good with many variety of foods. I would recommend this hotel to my associate who is heading to KL.

Staff are well trained and good hospitality. Also breakfast is quite nice for us. We would like to visit again.

We hope if there is a service to park a car at hotel and the hotel can be park and ride to KL as well as other place in Maleysia, it would be very nice for us.

The room and bed linen had a smell of damp.

Check-in slow; the front desk guy also did not know what to do with the loyalty program card which I gave him! Room was OK, although some minor maintenance work would need to be carried out.

staff were very friendly and helpful. i would have liked spa and beauty treatments within the hotel. a library would be an asset in houses movies or DVD provision would have been enjoyed.
