Hotel is clean and cosy but quite small ! There is no windows at each individual room

located behind a restaurant that operate at nite until next morning very bising lah.

the staff was courteous, However, when come to providing directions to restaurants, eateries, foot massage or entertainment, he was totally "blur". It would be helpful if could be better aware of the attractions at least within Melaka Raya.

First of all I had difficulties in finding the hotel, not much help from the staff. Need to improve on this. The hotel location was excellent as it near to the hot visiting places. I would recommand this hotel for its value for money.

As above. They even have a carpark area mended by a security personel. Staff friendly as well.

As the whole, Golden Bay Hotel, Malacca is a very nice hotel. My first impression was the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel looks clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. However, the location is rather far from the city centre. We had to walk for about 25 minutes in order to reach the city centre because you will never get any taxi passing by the hotel. Not unless you have your own transport, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotels is conveniently located at Melaka Raya. Walking distance to entertainment outlets and restaurants. Clean and value for money. However, the room i stayed was too noisy, disco across the street did not stop playing their music until 5am.
