Suitable for: Business

When I arrived at the hotel is was almost 02.00 and when I found the room to be very chilly I thought this was because the heating went off during the early hours. However, in the morning the room was still very chilled and I did find it difficult to get a really good night's sleep. I did mention this to reception but, of course, this was all too late for me.

In the bathroom, the sink was unable to drain water away efficiently. I also mentioned this to reception before I left the hotel.
