very welcoming night staff, useful map given on arrival, spoke good english, only one reception staff less friendly.. so can't complain too much!?! linen changed every day was impressive, and we were never disturbed by the staff to do this. sometimes the room got really hot and stuffy though with the good weather - air con would've made a difference here, but not a big problem!!

Well located to 3 separate Metro lines & great base to see Paris.Near cafe's & retail shops.Staff most helpful & rates reasonable.Excellent value! Very clean & well serviced accommodation.Beds neat & comfortable.En-suite clean and towels changed daily.Shower modern with good pressure.

Please note that I thought I had booked at the Gare du Nord opposite the station. It was only when I printed the map that I realised that the hotel was a good 10 minute walk from the station. Please note I requested two beds 3 months ago but when I got to the hotel they informed me that there were was only a double bed available. Having booked so far in advance I was extremely disappointed to get a double bed.

The front desk workers were very nice and helped us with directions! The room was fine, small but it's what I expected. I knew it wouldn't be huge, but at least it was very clean and that was the most important part for me. The beds were very uncomfortable, but since we only stayed for two nights, it was okay.
