The location of the hotel is my prime reason for staying here. The hotel being new and the use of the Executive Floor also adds my choice.

Generally useful - especially for family visits and shopping.

Location can be problamatic for Business People especially during any peak periods due difficult traffic conditions in and around Mid Valley Complex.

The Breakfast was good and included. Reasonable value for money considering a week prior to Chinese New Year.

Staff were very helpful and polite.

For RM430/night for Excutive Floor is reasonable cost. I love the free 2 hours use of Confrenece Room which can hold 8-10 people.

Another good point is the connection between 2 big Shopping Center.

My husband and I have stayed in a number of hotels over the years and we found the Gardens Hotel to be lovely. The location is excellent with the added conveninence of having the Mega Mall and numerous restaurants attached to it.

The staff were very professional, polite and very friendly. Room service was excellent which in Malysia is a hard one to achieve due to the number of excellent restaurants that you can go to.

The room was cleaned relatively well and even though we had a few days that we had the do not disturb sign on during the cleaning period, they came in later when we had left to clean the rooms so it was nice to come back to a clean room.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and we were not able to try everything even though we stayed there for sometime.

For a deluxe room, I had expected a more spacious room. However, aside from that, the hotel was excellent in most respects - service, amenities, location, cleanliness. In fact, I would say the service was impeccable! Only reason I gave a "3" rating for facilities was because, having just had its soft opening, a number of facilities (own car park, business centre) were not yet available.
