However, aside from that, the hotel was excellent in most respects - service, amenities, location, cleanliness. In fact, I would say the service was impeccable! Only reason I gave a "3" rating for facilities was because, having just had its soft opening, a number of facilities (own car park, business centre) were not yet available.
