Yes, all our promotion rates is inclusive of internet access in a room. Limited 1 user access per room, additional user is chargeable either at RM30.00 nett per 2 hours or RM60.00 nett per day.

Yes, our hotel reception is open from 00:00 – 24:00 hours.

Guestrooms at the hotel offers excellent expanse of space from 38-40 sq meters inclusive of 3 executive floors. Deluxe - Comes with 38sq meters, in-room facilities, broadband internet access, bathrooms amenities and breathtaking view of either KLCC or Federal Highway. Exec. Deluxe - Located on 25-27th Floor, it comes with additional executive floor privileges’ for guest, 38sq meters, in-room facilities, broadband internet access, bathrooms amenities, pillow menu selection and breathtaking view of either KLCC or Federal Highway. Exec. Premier - Located on 25-27th Floor, it comes with additional executive floor privileges’ for guest, 40sq meters, in-room facilities, broadband internet access, bathrooms amenities, pillow menu selection and breathtaking view of either KLCC or Federal Highway.
Q2.  Are showers or bathtubs available in the rooms at The Gardens Hotel & Residences?
Yes, we do have a separated long bath and rain shower.
Q3.  Can I specify that I would like inter-connecting guest rooms?
Yes, we do have inter-connecting room for Deluxe category only. Total of 36 units, limited 2 units per floor.
Q4.  Can I request for a handicapped/disabled room at the establishment?
Yes, we do have 1 room available for handicapped/disabled person.

Yes, all rooms are equip with individually controlled air-conditioning units.

None as we are strongly emphasis on a non-smoking environment.

Normal taxi fare from Airport to our hotel is approximately RM80.00 nett per taxi per way.
Q6.  Can you give the detailed directions from the Airport to your hotel?
Using KL-Seremban Highway, head towards Kuala Lumpur and exit at Taman Desa; which is approximately 6 kilometers from Sg Besi toll.
Q7.  Can you give the detailed directions from the train station to your hotel?
Using KTM commuter, which is just one-stop from KL Sentral to Mid Valley station.
Q8.  What is the closest subway station? (If applicable)
