Hotel was in excellent area of Paris, the staff where very friendly and helpful. The room was slightly small but I think this is normal for Paris. The only complaint I would have is that the breakfast is expensive.

The hotel location was extremely central and perfect for our needs.

Paris is expensive anywhere downtown. This one was very nice and in a good position. the staff were lovely!! Very nice and clean. A small hotel, very central with lovely staff. Not a place to stay if you want to spend a lot of time in a hotel. No pools or lounges or any of that stuff. However there is eveyrthing you'd want if you are there for a holiday. so central and great staff!!

This hotel, and the staff, are very special. They were very courteous in assisting us with any needs, including cabs, tour arrangements, and general advice on the City and places to dine. Comfortable room with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. It is all we could have asked for to engage in the 'Paris experience.'

Most of the staff were very pleasant but on the night of our arrival - having been travelling all day and with two children and 3 largish bags - the concierge made no effort at all to help us up 3 flights of stairs to our room. The lift was not working and the children had to carry their own heavy bags up the stairs?!! Not the best first impression and it is still the thing they remember most of their stay in an expensive Parisian hotel. absolutely tiny for 3 people and little space for clothes / bags etc - we were there for 3 nights

Room not available until 14.30. Had to change in toilets before going to see performance at Opera.

See above Unfortunately we arrived at the hotel to be told that they had a problem with some of the rooms & had booked us into another one around the corner which was pleasant but did not have the character that I had especially booked the original one for. The replacement was the Hotel France d'Antin. The room was clean & comfortable but very small. All comments on this survey apply to this hotel.

Hotel was ideal for leisure travel where all that is really needed is a place to sleep at night. Room was good but I ordered a double room i.e. a double bed but got twin beds.

Walking distance to Champs, Arc, and Eiffel Tower. Easy walking tour of high couture, bistros, Louvre. Only a couple of blocks from the opera. It was a pleasant surprise to have a face towel.

It is definitely overrated. There are 2 star hotels much better than this "3 star " hotel.
