The facing of the room is excellent and it has a good view.

No fruit basket despite 2 reminders including the Asst Desk Manager, and no papers for the last day. At check-in wanted to charge for so called upgrade (??) to a non-smoking room (despite weeks of advance booking)

Made things a little bit difficult. Either voucher needs to be more specific or the hotel needs to be aware of the conditions of the voucher and what they look to avoid any further confusion.
