Did not fulfil terms of sale. No fruit basket despite 2 reminders including the Asst Desk Manager, and no papers for the last day. At check-in wanted to charge for so called upgrade (??) to a non-smoking room (despite weeks of advance booking)

Location very convenient - map provided in the room made access to nearby tourist areas very easy. Information re clark key not up-todate though.

Hotel wouldn't accept the voucher that was printed off your website. Made things a little bit difficult. Either voucher needs to be more specific or the hotel needs to be aware of the conditions of the voucher and what they look to avoid any further confusion.

Excellent location with easy walk to MRT and shopping malls. Great having a safe in the room. Everything was fine.

I was supposed to have a late checkout and receive breakfast as stated when i booked but the hotel refused to do this.

overall good value for money, the room itself was very quiet and the hotel relaxing. the staff were friendly and very helpfulto me. i could not find any faults with the room good value for money.
