well appointed hotel with exellent facitities for the price this has got to be the best deal in Singapore

Good location, close to MRT station and bus stop, lots of eating places within walking distances, close to the river for walks in the evening. One complaint-ate late breakfast outside on last day came back around 10.30am, and was locked out of room as the key to room has run out of time!

Its was in a very handy location to China town, the marina and city centre.

I requested a non-smoking room, but received a smoking one.

Should have bundled with breakfast

Very long queue during arrival when checking in at the lobby. Should equip room with FREE wireless or LAN internet facilities. Instead I have to pay extra for the services which were not informed to me earlier when I booked the hotel

Room rate was not inclusive of taxes which was not very clear in the beginning. Exchange rate for money conversion was rather expensive. I could not adjust the airconditioning thermostat it appeared to be preset to a master program.

Food at hotel coffee house was very poor. Room was very satisfying,everything needed was there.

Enjoyed my stay.

The hotel staff provide a free upgrade in the room and was able to meet my room expectations. The facing of the room is excellent and it has a good view.
