When my wife and I checked-in into the hotel the reservation staff upgraded us to a deluxe room in the upper floors with a single bed (King Size). However, when I called from the room to enquire the reason for the single bed instead of 2 single beds booked by me. They transferred us to a small room with 2 single beds at the 8th floor in the old wing.

I could not understand their attitude. Was it because of my enquiry which they misinterpreted as complaint?

Certainly, I am fully not satisfied at the manner the hotel staff treated me and my wife.
