Room had that "tired" feeling. Not everything worked in the room. Cables laid under carpet...fire risk. Needed updating

The sheer ambience of the hotel will always remind my wife and self enhances our already high satisfaction with Singapore in all previous visits. Service for the room was of the highest standard, vastly exceeding any expectations.

It was delightful to stay in such a beautiful building and in such a plaesant locality. The room was very well looked after. There were two plugs that did not work properly, but otherwise everything was excellent. Every member of staff that I dealt with was polite and friendly.
