Not everything worked in the room. Cables laid under carpet...fire risk. Needed updating

Service for the room was of the highest standard, vastly exceeding any expectations.

The room was very well looked after. There were two plugs that did not work properly, but otherwise everything was excellent. Every member of staff that I dealt with was polite and friendly.
