I don't require many facilities like pools or gyms so the absence of these amenities is not a problem for me. I have had a room overlooking the garden on a previous visit and it would have been good to be given the option to have one of those if they were available. Otherwise very happy and it's still my favourite place to stay in London!

Terrific hotel. Wonderful staff. Very comfortable there as a woman traveling alone. Nice restaurant. Expensive but worth it. Beautiful room. English country in city--with modern bathroom.
