The apartment and fixtures are in very good condition. The apartment is clean and smells fresh. Security is excellent. Staff are generally efficient, courteous and helpful. No hassle at check-in and at check-out

She has been very helpful, sweet, kind and courteous, from the day I made my parking reservation and checking out. She also helped me to send my husband's jacket to us when we left it in the room. Laundry facilities were exceptional and very welcome after weeks of travel.Kitchen spacious and well appointed. Bedroom cosy!

The second double bed was the sofa-bed. Not what we wanted as we were 2 non related couples.
