The apartment is in a good location, being close to the city centre and to Chinatown.

The apartment and fixtures are in very good condition. The apartment is clean and smells fresh. Security is excellent.

Staff are generally efficient, courteous and helpful. No hassle at check-in and at check-out

My husband and I would like to thank Amelia for all her help and services. She has been very helpful, sweet, kind and courteous, from the day I made my parking reservation and checking out. She also helped me to send my husband's jacket to us when we left it in the room. Much appreciated.

Car parking very useful and adjacent cafe handy. Laundry facilities were exceptional and very welcome after weeks of travel.Kitchen spacious and well appointed. Bedroom cosy!

Excellent locatiion Very comfortable, but could be a bit small if more than 3 people are staying.

To describe this a s a two bedroom appartment is slightly misleading. 1 bedroom had a double bed the other bedroom had a single bed. The second double bed was the sofa-bed. Not what we wanted as we were 2 non related couples.

very central to everything. Just a pity that we could not get parking in building, although I had not organised that beforehand. Very impressed, room was great, lots of space and cleaned daily

The staff were obliging and the location was excellent being within easy walking distance of the Central Markets, eating establishments and our conference. The room was spacious and contained all required ammenities.

Room was dim and lacked warmth - cold atmosphere

restaurant most relaxing staff most attentive - good for meals if required and congratulations of coffee - 'it was hot' against most places anywhere in Australia. Comfortable seating for chat & coffee. All we required was there Shower rose needed replacing as water came from several angles we were saying prefer apartments to hotels having 2 separate rooms and lounge better than all in one room - new esperience has paid off

The staff were pleasant, efficient and very helpful to us (an elderly couple). The apartment was perfect.

The woman at check in and check out was lovely, but the ambience of the hotel was a bit lacking - it felt very budget and impersonal. It was good, but a bit strange & unsettling that neither of the rooms had windows.

Very central to heart of city and staff were helpful with all our queries. Staff were excellent. They were helpful, courteous, kind, friendly and compassionate. The housemaid was very kind to my wife who was ill and we greatly appreciate that.

parking on arrival to unload was difficult if no spaces are available out the front.

Valour parking is not the best access for a car and there is no alternative. Light were not all functioning

Wonderful - we will return. The staff were superb - treated us very well. When requesting an extra blanket, it was provided immediately - great service. (Only one comment when using the foldaway couches for extra guests please provide a blanket. We only had sheets for Nic and the bedspread. He was cold the first night. This could be that we are from New Zealand and used to having blankets or a duvet). The main bed was fine - just the foldaway was limited in bedding and no extra bedding could be found in the unit.

Very friendly staff very helpful as to where to go etc. Good to have cafe so close. Secure car parking good and easy to use. Very pleased with the facilities available and the contents eg wash powder etc. and tea and coffee available on arrival was much appreciated.

The second room provided all the comforts that we have been accustomed to in good accommodation The management were very kind and upgraded my room when I made mention of the standard compared to other places I had stayed. The second room was excellent in all ways.
