Have stayed with severa hotels and i must say i had stayed 4x already with fragrance and each stay is fine comfortable and facilities are clean.Staff are courteous

Actually, we both (my husband and me) like the hotel location since we prefer the area just close from the city center.We also think this hotel is quite good in service as the money we paid for the room. Room was cleaned everyday and clothes were changed too. There was all the basic facilities that we need inside the room like bed tea/coffee, hot water etc. I am very impressive with such facilities. Staffs were very kind, helpful and every time showed their courtecy. There is nothing matter for complain in this hotel. If I again visit Singapore I will stay in the same hotel and I also suggest to other my nearest friends or relatives to stay there.
