We only stayed at Singapore for a day. We've always been fascinated by the beauty of this country: the people, the environment, the food, everything! We also like the system on how things are done in your country. It is good that there are lot of places to stay here; it's good that we chose your hotel. There is a very minor item though that you could improve in the hotel facilities: this is particularly the toilet/shower room where water spills over the door when one takes a shower, otherwise everything is good. The location of the hotel is excellent since it is very accessible to other places of interests via public transport.

I was happy to stay at the Oasis hotel. The staff was definately courteous and helpful. It was convenient to walk down from the hotel to get public transport and of course have a meal at the food shops nearby.

The address is good, the place is clean, and the staff was very helpful. Just bring your own toothpaste and shampoo.

The hotel is situated in a good location which is a short distance from the MRT station "Novena". There is a bus stop just right in front of the hotel, convenient for those who wish to save on transportation cost. Another plus point is that next to the hotel is a hawkers' centre serving a variety of local food. There is virtually only 1 member of the staff present at the reception area but always present throughout the day and night, courteous and helpful. The toilet/bathroom area is rather small and the shower tap leaks when turned on. The room is very small. There is hardly much space to move around with the double bed taking up much of the space - no dressing table or closet for clothes. The window in the room where we stayed stares right into the front roof and therefore not much view is available. Generally a clean hotel and a "no frills" accommodation. With a decent rate of S$68, one cannot expect more than what one gets. A good budget hotel to stay! Lawrence, Malaysia.

Small but enough room size for at least two. Great value for money!!

Overall the hotel is fine and would stay there again for my future trip to Singapore.

I would suggest that shampoo be included in the bath, at the least.

Although this hotel's rooms are very small but the locality is very nice at the transportation point of view. One can get Bus and train for most of the famous places of Singapore. Normally for Indians, can get 131 number Bus for "Little India, Merlion park, City Hall etc" direct from Hotel. Public transportation is cheaper and better in Singapore rather than hiring cab (very expensive).

It's very clean. No doubt about this. This is the biggest plus of this budget boutique hotel.

But its rooms are very very small. Extremely small, I would say. It's hard to even place a normal size suitcase. I thought Ibis Hotels' rooms are small already. Compared to this hotel's, Ibis' is very spacious!

The price, therefore, is too expensive relative to the very minimum amenity and the smallness of its rooms.

Good value for money, the room is really small but clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

For the price, I would not be able to get anything better. There's actually at least 6 other Fragrance Hotels along Balestier Road in which I wasn't aware of.

Considering the small size of the room & shower area, I think it is best suited to accommodate no more than 2 people. Also, there was no mini fridge in my room.

A compact accommodation, it is nonetheless something to consider if your budget is limited and if you intend to visit during high peak season (I visited on the 21st Dec to 25th.); since others would definitely charge a premium rate. Very good and friendly staff as they were willing to hold my main luggage on the last day until it is of reasonable time (1 1/2 hours) before my airport check-in.

This hotel is located at a central location in Singapore and provides good value for money. It is new, clean and easily accessible by bus and close to MRT station. We stayed for 6 nights and the staff was very helpful and courteous.

It will be better if Internet facility is provided in near fututre. Although wireless connectivity is provided, it was of no use for a person without having laptop. Room size is too small for families.

Overall it was a good experience staying at Fragrance Oasis Singapore.
