Overall was a great stay espec the convenience in location near Darling Harbour. Fairly spacious room. Having worked in this industry before, I was just disappointed on the lack of amenities in a 4-5 star property. There is no slippers, bathrobe or shower gel (only soap).

The Four Points Sheraton was a delight. The location overlooking Darling Harbour is perfect. The ability to access local areas is also perfect, we walked everywhere. The access to the Monorail was an absolute bonus and we used it numerous times. The wide selection of food & drink outlets was remarkable. Access to the ferries was also on our doorstep. We deliberately selected Four Points as we were booked on the Sun Princess for a cruise and the proximity to King wharf 8 was a relatively easy walk. Staff at the hotel were for ever offering assistance and advice. We enjoyed our stay and promise to return. Thank you Four Points. Bart & Jenny.

we had a great time,it was close to all we needed. staff extremley helpful. clean ,food exeptional really enjoyed it. easy walk to where you wanted to go. the champagne i got from housekeeping was a lovely thought, for my birthday,even my husband said he couldn't lay claim on that surprise. all round a great 5 day stay and we will certainly stay again, great food at pub next door too if you don't want to eat in resturant. we will be recomending it to friends of ours travelling later in year.great resturants on darling harbour. really can't say enough about it. lovely hotel.

The hotel is well located for Darling Harbour. The room for the price was very pleasent.

Would have been good if there

i reserved a doublr bed which i thought was a full bed just like in united states but we got two twin beds which was not very comfortable with me and my husband

The location was excellent, so close to Darling Harbour, and an easy walk to the main shopping streets and Circular Quay. My wife and I will be returning to Sydney in a couple of years time and will definitely stay at this hotel. Although the bathroom was on the small side, it was not detrimental. The fact there was a balcony was great and the view of Darling Harbour was superb.

For the amount paid this hotel very old and run down very disappointed because was giving my daughter a treat, the view was nice though, also this hotel tried to charge me twice which I thought was not good enough how can a big hotel like this get this wrong

The Concierge Men were absolutely lovely. We were not impressed by the accomodation we received. When I booked the accomodation it never stated that it was for twin beds. The Manager of the hotel checkked and said the same that your website did not state that this accomodation was for twin beds. We have not been away from our children in two years and we were looking forward to a lovely weekend away. Not Impressed!

Valet attendant efficient & polite but a little over-friendly [matey]. Also took 3 phone calls to Room Service for rasor and robe. Other room service for food was excellent. Hope these points help you.
