Difficulty in locating the venue. Food standard is good. Poor housekeeping. Our room has a leaking toilet, a malfunction glass door and a cupboard door that will not close. We have to clean up the place ourselves.

the staff needs to be more helpful - late check-outs should be allowed

Reception staff were very reserved. Need to be more customer focussed by showing guests exactly where their room is instead of pointing in the general direction.

Very close to the airport. I rented a car so it was very easy to move around the island. The beach area was very pretty, and then lobby was clean and large. Service wasn't very good - they didn't make up my room while there, and I couldn't get anyone to bring up some more tea bags to my room. The restaurants were good, with a good variety of food and prices. The lightng was a bit hard to work, and wasn't all that great. The TV was really small and it had the speakers in teh back so it was almost impossible to hear. The room was huge, and the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub which were both very clean and in good working order. The room was kind of plain, but very clean and comfortable.

Overall ok. I was satisfied with the room and hotel accomodation.

Your good staff patiently cleaned the restaurant while waited for us to finish off our breakfast even though we long over-stay after the breakfast time! Thank you! Very good and spacious room indeed!
