A good deal for online booking! Nice location and spacious big room! Good for family. But bad customer service.... the receptionist @ staff not friendly and not helpful enough.

The hotel has a very beautiful private beach. If you're in stress, need to relax, I suggest you Langaksuka Resort. the staff was very helpful. The room was very big and you can enjoy their delicious foods at anytime. I will choose this hotel again in the future.

The Hotel Is Ideal for Muslim Persons Since the Food is Halal & they do not even serve Alchol. The Toilets Must have Hand Showers Since the Kind of Guest who will return will only be the ones who appreciate the fact that it is an Islamic Concept. Myself and my family had a hard time using the Toilets Which if not rectified will be the only reason we will not come again. But to be fair by the Hotel they Did change our rooms on the night of our depature to suite our needs. Lastly the Hotel must register with Cresent Ratings the World hotel rating forMuslim and Halal User freindly.

-Recommended to put internet cable for every room or wifi service that can be assessed in the room. -Recommended to upgrade swimming pool in order to give colour effect in 'blue' like a ocean.

overall the hotel is value for money. the room is bigger than other hotel , even though the other hotel price is more expensive. They have private beach and pool for kids , that was great for families.

Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay at Langkasuka Beach Resort. The location is good as we travel by air and it situated very close to the airport. The beach area was very privacy and pretty and the lobby was clean and large. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean and comfortable. However, I'm not convenient with the flooring (not good for kids). Maybe the hotel could provide carpet at certain area and slippers. In addition, the aircon seems working but we didn't feel it. It might because the room is too big and the aircon is placed opposite the sliding door not the bed. We're just unlucky that the toilet is leaking, need to be cleaned daily. The breakfast was just so-so. Almost the same menu during my 3-night stay. But the food served at Hawkers stall was quite nice, many varieties but the light was too dim that I can't read the menu and need the staff to explain. So, I would conclude that my stay met my expectation and will definitely recommend to my friends.

The hotel room is spacious and very convenience.

My wife and I have had a relaxing, 4-night stay in a very reasonably-priced accomodation that comes with a large room and balcony to boot! Rather secluded beach adds to the great location. Enjoyed dining at the "Hawker stall" though more choices for lunch would be welcomed.

We are yachties staying at Rebak. the boat is in dry dock so it is difficult to live on it while it is out of the water. Rebak is ideally located for us as it is so close to the ferry. I think if you did a deal for yachties more would come there although we know quite a few who have already. We have also recommended it to friends who recently visisted Langkawi for the second time and they were happy.
A rewards point system would be better than a currency converter.

Good location, rooms are very large. However, maintenance of the room is bad as stains are everywhere - walls, toilet, floor etc. Have a very nice beach, private and clean. Have little huts at the beach where you can really relax and the lights of the hut will be switched on til late night 4 am. Breakfast is ok, but food may not be refilled if you go late.

Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay at Langkasuka Beach Resort. The location is good if you travel by air but the beach is lousy. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. However, we would suggest the following improvements:

1) The bedsheet was filthy. They should change it daily.
2) The breakfast was absolutely lousy. Since ours was a package room & breakfast, we just ate it. But if we had to pay for it, we would rate it at a mere RM5.00. The breakfast put us off from taking other main meals at the resort.
3) The resort was rather run down and not very clean.

The service at the counter quiet slow. I came at around 1 pm and had to wait until 3pm since the room still VC (i dont know what, might be they need to clean the room). The pool quiet nice. I got 2 family rooms with connecting room. Really big. Only the curtain seems need to be repair.

Overall good value for $. Improvements needed: Swimming pool not clean & too shallow. Beach not clean with many small stones (both on beach & in water). Aircon not cold bcos room too big. Room svce poor. Small towels not provided unless asked for.
