Although the Services were called for, the hot water system for the bath tub was not fixed.It would be nice to be supplied with shower caps.

During my stay of business purposes for 2nites, it was good and comfortable at 1st but the sound of the tap / shower water dripping at nites time was quite disturbing. It was not long though just last about few minutes. Besides that, all is complimentary and thumbs up! Especially the concierge staff was very professional in rolling out their duties.

STAFF VERY FREINDLEY AND HELPFULL. FOOD EXCELLENT,I MUST SAY THE ROOM SEVICE MEAL I HAD WAS THE BEST ROOM SERVICE MEAL I HAVE EVER EATEN IN A HOTEL,ICE WAS ORDERED ARRIVED WTHIN 10 MINUTES EVERY TIME. THE ONLY FLAW I COULD FIND WITH THE HOTEL,IT IS A LITTLE WAY OUT OF THE CITY.THE SHUTTLE BUS ONLY RAN ONCE IN THE MORNING AND RETURNED IN THE AFTERNOON,THE HOTEL WAS FULL AND I THOUGHT THE BUS COULD HAVE RUN ON THE HOUR ESPECIALY WHEN THE HOUSE FULL SIGN IS UP.TAXIS WERE GOOD AND REASONABLY CHEAP BUT STILL COST ABOUT 40 RINGET A DAY. OTHER THAN THAT I HAD MOST ENJOYABLE TIME IN KUCHING STAYING AT THE FOUR POINTS.

Hello, I stayed from 6-9th July 2010 with my sister. We attended a conference in Kuching. This was the first time for both of us in Kuching Sarawak. We found your hotel to be fantastic and magnificent. We love the room size, decoration and the hospitality of the hotel. It's new and very clean. The staff was very kindly, our city tour were well organized. The breakfast was very delicious.
