The staff was very friendly and helpful to us, especially as we spoke very little French. The room was smaller than we are used to, but I think, as Americans, we are a bit spoiled in this regard. Although the hotel wasn't as close to the Metro as we thought from the description, it was close to a bus stop that took us to a Metro station; after that, it was easy to get around and the hotel is in a safe neighborhood that seemed populated by students. Restaurant served excellent food, with friendly staff and was no pricier than similar Paris restaurants.

So it was hard to find at first, and I don't recall the name off the top of my head. Quite pleasant, plenty of space, clean, and good water pressure.
