We found the Hotel a very covenient location to all outings we had.
The staff were very helpful, the rooms were very nice and comfortable.

Studio apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. Room was average sized. Kitchen was well equipped.

Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and courteous.

Hotel was very well located for dining out, shopping, and public transport. There is also a supermarket close by.

Because of past very good service we have recommeded your institution to two of or friends who have also stayed with you over the past 2/3 years This was our third stay at your appartments and have been well served on all occassions and your reception staff have all been very helpfull

Reception excellent. Arrival in early morning and staff allowed us entry into our room as it was available

Disappointing to arrive at check in time and wait 2 1/2Hrs for your apartment to be serviced, apartment was non smoking but stank of smoke In total we had 4 showers per day -hot water system inadequate as there was no hot water in the evening on both nights. Blinds in bedroom broken

Booking had been confused. I had specifically requested a 2 bedroom apartment that could sleep 5 singles - we had a double bed & 3 singles?? After some negotiation we got an extra rollaway.

The reception was only open from 8am which was a bit late. Should of been told the hours of reception when we booked so as to know what to expect.
