The staff couldn't have been more helpful - offered us a room straight away although it was on the smoking floor, and said that if we wanted to move into another room later when one became available, they would move us then. The room was very comfortable - not huge but definitely adequate, with a good set up for a business traveller with a desk and stationery supplied. Very quiet and a handy location - easy walking distance to subway, restaurants, shops etc.

The Fleming is comfortable , quiet and the service excellent and we would def stay there again.
