We had a marvelous time at the Flemming, the staff is fantastic and the location is very good. We are a family of four, our two sons are only 2 and the hotel had no problem with us and no extra costs for them (other hotels usually only allow 3 per room). The hotel is very quiet with sound proofing which would have been great for the other guest who didn't want to here two boys playing right next door. At the time they also had free wine in the lobby from 6-8pm!

We had a 24 hour stopover in Hong Kong which meant we arrived at the hotel at 7.00am - well before check-in time. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - offered us a room straight away although it was on the smoking floor, and said that if we wanted to move into another room later when one became available, they would move us then. The room was very comfortable - not huge but definitely adequate, with a good set up for a business traveller with a desk and stationery supplied. Very quiet and a handy location - easy walking distance to subway, restaurants, shops etc.

I think the staff is excellent. Would love to have CNN though.

Fantastic value for money, we were only able to stay for 3 nights as the hotel was fully booked, we had the misfortune of transferring to the Novotel Century which was expensive and perfectly awful, rooms were noisy,small and did not compare to the Fleming.

The Fleming is comfortable , quiet and the service excellent and we would def stay there again.
