Do something about your hotel lobby which smelt of cigarette. Purify the air at hotel lobby. Can hear neighbours using the washroom at night. Should be great to stay if room is sound proof. TV programmes are limited especially sports.

It would have been nice to have at least 2 relaxing chairs. Upright chairs without arms are not all that comfortable for watching a bit of TV.

Flexibility for later check out would have been good as I only arrived at three am. I was given an hour extra, but more would have been good. I would have been happy to pay a reasonable amount for a later check out.
