The hotel was good. located in resort world was very convenient especially if you have kids. the hotel was family friendly. the only issue i had during my stay was the hotel did not give us the bedding configuration that we requested for. We needed a double bed instead of two single beds given we had a baby with us it was much easier to sleep on a double bed. If i was told earlier that I was going to get a double bed, I would have booked at Hard Rock Hotel which had double beds. Appart from that the hotel is good place to stay.

If you are driving your own vehicle there, then be ready to walk a distance with your baggage. A rough 10 minutes walk from the carpark to the hotel lobby. The first impression i got from the staff and the deco was really good. friendly and prompt. The checking in was pretty fast, was up on my way to the hotel room in a very short time. The room was splendid. Big, spacious, cosy, well equipped and beautiful view at the balcony. The restroom was marvelous. had a built in mini jacuzzi, spacious walkabout area, private shower corner and dual basin for 2 to use simultaneously. Bedroom was very cosy. huge bed, but way to soft though. Nice hall and dinning area included in the room. The view from the balcony was perfect. I could see the merlion from my balcony. imagine the night view, it was breathtaking. Convenient to get food. just a 5 minutes walk to the forum with a vast range of food choices for selection. a further 5 to 10 minutes walk away would be the Universal Studio Singapore. Very comfortable 2 nights stay there. Would definately consider return for a stay.

Our whole family (3 kids and 6 adults) stayed in 3 rooms at this hotel and found it kid-friendly and comfortable. The rooms are bright and cheery, although a little on the small side. It is within walking distance to universal studios and also the Resorts World Casino and Festive Walk. Staff were friendly and the facilities are adequate for families.

As this hotel is located in Sentosa Island, it is very comfort to go around by walking, especially to go to Universal Studio Singapore. And very recommended for people who will go on Star Cruises, as this hotel provided compliment transportation to go to Star Cruise Center at Vivo City. You can go and backward as much as you want without paying monorail ticket.
