This hotel is a good value place to stay when you don’t want to outlay huge bucks. It was in a perfect location for where we needed to be. It is central to shopping and things to do. All amenities were available either in the hotel or close by. No breakfast is provided but there are plenty of options close to the hotel. We did not eat in this hotel but were involved in a meeting close by.

One thing which was greatly appreciated was the free internet access to download email. The staff were very helpful in assisting us to track down a lost bag at the airport.

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT MEET MY EXPECTATION.EVEN SMALL HOTEL IN CAPITAL CITY OF KUALA LUMPUR PROVIDE BREAKFAST FOR TWO.
FOR THE HOTEL PRICE IS VERY EXPENSIVE.

the staff were most helpful and courteous and the room was bright, clean and cheerful. the only thing we missed was that the hotel did not serve breakfast.

Room Ambience & Amenities:
Too noise on the morning time, the sound insulation on room is poor. We can hear any outside noise inside the room.

Room Facilities:
No fridge inside the room. Can't store cold drink,beer,wine & etc.

Staff Service:
Is very good, exspecially the Car parking. The staff even remember the car of the guest. It is convenient for
the guest to collect the car.

Good location for easy walking to main historical sites & museums, shopping malls, cinema, dutch quarter & loads of restaurants. Free internet in room with cable provided by manager or internet in hotel business centre next door at a charge. Friendly, helpful staff. Room very small but clean and has all the facilities you need for a base. Note: standard rooms have no windows but good air con. Shower curtains could be longer to prevent shower flooding bathroom but this is the same all over Malaysia! The splendid sound of the evening bird chorus in the trees outside can be heard in all the rooms also when they are disturbed in the night. Would stay here again.

Overall, a good no-frills accomodation. However, i find it appalling when the male receptionist (in the morning) declined my request for an extra pillow. According to him, the hotel was fully booked for the weekend and Housekeeping could not afford to grant me an extra pillow. This was, even after i explained that i developed a stiff neck from the night before (since the pillow was hopelessly flat).

As a last (albeit futile) attempt, i implore him to check & let me know later when i return in the evening. Said staff stolidly acknowledged.

Upon my return at approx 6pm, the previous service staff i spoke to in the day was not in sight. When i approached the other staff (then on duty) about my request for an extra pillow, he told me that the Housekeeping staff were gone and he was not able to get any pillow for me.

I have little choice, except to put up with another night of bad sleep 'cos the previous staff did not bother to check with Housekeeping, but patronize me.

Location is perfect. Easy walking distance to major tourist sites, and near the Panorama bus stop to get anywhere else. There was no swimming pool (so facilities are somewhat limited), and they made us pay them to hold our bags... very uncommon. Overall a great hotel though. Comfortable, clean, and nice! The room was clean, pleasant, with good ammenities. One of the best rooms we stayed in.

Should make all rooms with window.And room has odour.

can't find a remote control for tv

It is good enough for those with tight budget and/or just want a room to stay over night. Its location is good as it just walking distance to large shopping malls and many eating place surrounded. Restricted as only one door card entitled to a room only. Not convenient to us.

provide "sign board" since the hotel just 3 floors. The room is small but in clean and excellent amenities.Extra another pillow please.

If hotel can provide newspaper will be good. Thanks anyway, service is excellent.

Great hotel although more tv channels in room which matched the reception tv would have been preferred (most were non-english speaking channels). There was a constant dripping noise in the bathroom which if stopped, would have helped me sleep!

If there is escalators will be good so that guest do not have to carry their luggage up the stairs. No negative comment.
