The room lighting is not bright enough for writing and reading documents/newspapers especially for older folk.

I booked the Fenix Inn because it had gotten good reviews online. The room was fine, comfortable, clean, but quite small. I thought it was a little overpriced. WiFi worked well. There was a drinking fountain in the hall with hot and cold water, which was a convenience. The location is good and convenient to tourist sites and Chinatown, and to large shopping centers. This was my first visit to Malacca; if I come again I will try another hotel for comparison.

Decent hotel. Excellent location to Pahlawan Mall. Free Wi-fi, clean room, free valet parking. At this price, can't complain at all. However, I was allocated the room which was just above the coffee shop. There is poor sound insulation, and the coffee shop close at 2am, hence I could only fall asleep peacefully then. Excellent car jockey service, you will feel 101% safe that your car is parked in a guarded/gated area. Hotel security needs to be improved as I have found the door (leading to the main street facing the Ba Ku Teh shop) not closed properly on a few occassions, this will allow anyone to come into the hotel. Will definitely consider this hotel if I am given the hotel in the main building instead.

We have stay in this hotel already few time. We like the location, very easy go to shopping. But we discover that the room charges is increase to higher. The mattress & cover very dirty and got box divan got sound. I thing they already can change the new one. Thanks!

the room is too small

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, located close to good food and shopping, like near to Makota Parade n other malls. The beds and pillows were really comfortable! Also, free WiFi is available. The car jockeys are courteous n efficient., making parking convenient.

Having only 1 Room Key was rather inconvenient as the key is needed for the main door at the New Wing.

HI OFFER IN CHARGE I ACTUALLY WANTED TO SPEND 2 NITE IN YOUR HOTEL TOO BAD IS FULLY BOOK. OVERALL I FOUND THAT THE STAFF IS KIND AND HELPFUL, THE 2 RESTURANT THAT U STAFF RECOMMEND IS QUITE NICE. AND THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS VERY GOOD, WORKING DISTANCE TO THE SHOPPING CENTRE IN THE FUTURE , I WILL STAY U HOTEL AGAIN AND RECOMMEND MY FRIEND AGAIN. BEST REGARDS ANGIE NG

Staff at the reception and handling the cars are very helpful, courteous and obliging. They have made our stay especially for my daughter, first time to this hotel. When she requested that the Internet could not be connected, the supporting staff did not hesistate to help in a short while. Many thanks for making our trip a memorable one.

The service at the Reception was very excellent. Would like to apologies for my friend's outburst and the ladies manning the counter were very calm and agitated. My sincere apologies to the staff at the counter. The hotel is in an excellent location, easy acessbile to shopping mall, eateries and many amenities. This hotel is value for money and I would strongly recommend to friends. Many thanks for my pleasant stay there and this is my third or fourth stay at this hotel and I have in fact booked for my friends to stay here. All the best and keep it up Regards Christina

Hotel really great, bed sheet, bed everything smell so nice and so clean.

Only thing is that the hotel do not have any lift hence if you have a big luggage or if you have a kids pram and lots of things to carry up. you will have a good time walking up and down the stairs. Not suitable for old folks or handicapped.

The overhead bridge is still under construction hence it is a challenge to be running across the busy road to reach the shopping mall which is just opposite the hotel.

Will definitely go back to stay there again.

Good location which is nearby Melaka Megamall and Mahkota Parade. I really enjoyed the room which is very clean and dark all the time coz there is no windows.
