Federal Villa Beach Resort Langkawi is a 3-star beach resort located on one of Langkawi island's finest beach, Pantai Tengah. Pulau Langkawi (Langkawi Island) lies on the north west of Peninsula Malaysia. The resort is just side by side with its sister resort, the Holiday Villa Beach Resort & Spa Langkawi.

Federal Villa Beach Resort Langkawi is sited on 4 acres of land with a breath-taking view of the sea. Cozily tucked against a backdrop of majestic green hills, the resort is designed to cater for leisure tourists. The beach resort features 88 well appointed guest rooms ranging from standard, deluxe, apartment suites, homestate villass and chalet suites fronting the white sandy beach of Langkawi.

All the guest rooms and suites are well equipped with modern conveniences for guest comfort. This includes individually controlled air-conditoning, colour television with free in-house movies and selected satellite television programs, IDD telephone service and in-room coffee/tea making facilities. The Federal Villa Beach Resort Langkawi is also equipped with handicapped facilities.

Various recreational facilities are available at the Federal Villa Beach Resort Langkawi which include a tennis court, a fitness centre, surau (praying room), and children's playground . In addition two large swimming pools with open air jacuzzi, an indoor pool for ladies, Kiddies Fun Club, internet room and Amoaras Relaxation Spa are available for guests of the Federal Villa Beach Resort Langkawi to use as well at Holiday Villa. Special arrangements are available for island excursions, sight seeing tours and watersports.

Staff members were very helpful and friendly. i'd like to thank the kitchen and wait staff of the hotel's italian restaurant who made my christmas birthday so special!. Showerhead was too weak and it took awhile for the hot water to start running.
