I'd like to thank the kitchen and wait staff of the hotel's Italian restaurant who made my Christmas birthday so special! Showerhead was too weak and it took awhile for the hot water to start running.

Food quality for all lunch was below average. 1. Air condition setting can't be adjusted. 2. Yellowish tap water. Maintenance unable to fix it and a replacement should be given immediately.

Although efforts were being made by the hotel to prevent insects in the room, little more attention on that front would enhance the comfort.
