The bad furniture etc is made up by the location and the courteous staff. Internet connectivity only on selected floors. The room was large and roomy. Nice view. However, the furniture looked old. The wardrobe shelf was falling down. The toilet faucets were coming off. But overall, was not bad.

In the heart of bukit bintang and 3 minutes from Jalan Alor. There were no towels when we checked in and there was no air con thermostat to be found. The 'low/ med / high' buttons by the bedside were broken and we froze through the night.

To make matter worse, when we asked for a late check out at 2:00pm, the reception said they were going to charge us after 1:00pm.
