The front of the hotel is not very convenient for people with baby strollers. Very little information was available about places to see and do in KL. We had to find the markets in China town ourselves even though we asked at reception. Room 925 was dirty. Our towels had dirt marks on them. The toilet was pulled from the wall and leaked water. The bathroom filled with cigarette smoke from the vent, as neither of us smoked it was very uncomfortable. There was no tea and coffee provided even though it was promised. We complained about it and still none was bought to our room. I had to go and track down room service myself.

The service level is poor. There is no carpark within the hotel and i will not want to stay at this hotel again.

A very busy place. not much time for personal service. Good location for shopping. Room generally ok. A few minor things were missing. The missing bits were not supplied in spite of request.
