Room viewing is poor, facing the side building.

No bell boy service to help carry baggages

overrall the room was good. but near to the dressing table, it seems a little too dark. perhaps a lamp should be added there.

service provided by bell-hop staff was excellent. however, reception staff was rather unfriendly. aircon was too cold, unable to off it.

Hotel tried to book us into a room of a lesser standard than we had booked and would not provide complimentary airport transfer back to the airport as I had thought was included in the deal.

housekeeping was bad,everyday we had to ask for fresh towel which they didnt replenish,floor dirty didn't vaccum,lift lobby not vaccum the cockroach was there for the three days we stayed there no one bother to clean it. we requested for double bed and joining room not given at all,say they will get back at us but no one did.a/c didn't work , toilet flush didn't work had to call them few times before it was done.

should provide a welcome drink and inclusive of breakfast for internet booking customer

It took hald an hour for me to check in whth just another person in front of me...the service was very very slow The safe was not working when we checked in...maybe can make this part of the checklist for housekeeping
