After checkin, we realised that it was not as requested. The receptionist's explanation was that only upon availability during checkin. I'm not kicking a fuss here. What I'm impressed on the service was on the following day, chee keong (if i think that's his name) from the front desk rang my room and offered me the room we requested. When I asked to view the room, the request was willing obliged. Even though it was just a day before we leave, it does make a huge difference in what we wanted. Many thanks for making it such a memorabble stay with you. The bed was comfortable, however the pillow gave my partner and myself an uneasy sleep. Could be we were not used to the pillows the hotels are using.

It seemed to us that the reception had not enough staff to cope with the number of people checking in, and at several occasions we had to wait a few minutes just to get our key to the room. Apart from that all was well. No complaints about the room.

The room allocated to us did not have a view that we would have allocated to a tourist. Although there was nothing wrong with the bed we found it quite hard to what we are used to.

Should provide 2 double beds instead of 1 double and 1 single.
