i would never stay here again freezing cold all the tome - had to get technician in everyday to turn the aircon off as no controls in the room. TV too small, location bad for the business traveller as cannot get a taxi on a meter and the hotel dont do anything to help.

The Filipino Band are very entertaining and energetic. Enjoy the music. Would be better if we have a room with a view and we can see sunlight during the day or when we wake up in the morning.

Apart from the noise from the food market, we found the hotel to be a nice place to stay The location of our room made it quite difficult to sleep due to high noise levels. We were situated above a food market which played very loud music at night

Can not fault it, 24hr restaurant service, very central, clean and comfortable given a smoking room initially, complained and recieved a better non smoking room, superb facilities, no hassle

The hotel was very nice and well presented. The Salsa bar is very good and the staff were very polite and friendly. The website advertised a mini bar. However, when we asked why the fridge was empty, we were informed that the 'minibar' meant we had to ring the reception to request drinks. This is 'room service' as far as I understand, and 'room service' was also a facility. The facility should have been advertised as 'fridge'.

For checking in is a bit of slow everytime when we reach there the room is not ready and we got to wait for a long time with luggage in-tow and reception is always lack of staff. If they could provide a bigger room with an extra bed will be better.

I cannot comments as I only stay for a night but had use to stay in your hotel before that was more than 20 years ago during the 1980's and this trip was just to see if the hotel is the same as before, with I am very happy and will stay during my next trip again and hope you could give me a cor rate as I am at presnt staying at Hilton for most of my business trip in KL.

It's not a four star hotels proclaimed. With no breakfast provided, the charges is very expensive I requested and paid for a deluxe room but wasn't sure I was given the right one. Room has no LAN point and carpet looks dirty.

for that price, too expensive since the superior room too small for us, we move to deluxe, and since this is an old hotel, the room looks dirty, and also the carpet. The aircondition can't ajusted, can't off. Too cool. That's why we stay only 1 night and move to Melia Hotel which "cheaper"

The location is good when walking around the town. Shopping complex just stone throw. The pillow are too soft and the bed are small. Others are okay

i was dissapointed with the service provided the hotel staff. No bathing towels in one of the rooms when check-in. My family need to bath after the 6 hours journey from singapore to k.l. I called the housekeeping twice in a time frame of 3 hrs. Only got the towels after i met the duty manager. I don't think they deserve the four stars rating. 3 stars rated hotel serve their customer much better than them. none i can think of.

i did call to request a bottle to keep some plain water, the staff said," sorry, we don't have". i think she should try to help since the guest made a request. there should be spare bottle for guest to keep plain water. i prefer to have a movable shower, not a fixed one.
